Policies

Cancellation fee of 50% of the booking fee applies if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Currently, services are only available on weekends. Exceptions may be arranged with ample prior notice. For this feature please contact us. 

 

You must advise of any dietary requirements or allergies.

 

Bookings must be confirmed before sending payment.

 

To secure you booking, a minimum of 50% of your total booking fee must be paid.  Full payment must be received 24 hours prior.

Bookings must be made by a legal adult. 

 

No consumption of alcohol is permitted in the cars.

We strictly do not allow intoxicated passengers.  Should you become intoxicated during the tour,  you will not be permitted to continue to ride in the cars and you will have to make your own alternative arrangements at your own cost. All passengers must be of legal drinking age for all wine tours. We reserve the right to check IDs.

 

For Airport pick-ups, you must advise of your flight details in your booking.  If your flights are delayed, you must advise as soon as possible. 

 

In you develop flu or COVID symptoms, you must advise no later than 24 hours prior and we will re-schedule your booking for a more suitable time.

Sick passengers are not permitted in the vehicles.

 

If we have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you 24 hours prior and offer another tour operator or re-schedule your booking for another suitable time. 

 

Due to the large distances between each of the regions, we can only offer one region per day.
